Gujarat Tourism hosts the wintertime festival Rann Utsav, which begins in the middle of November and concludes with Holi celebrations in March. A large city of 350 luxury tents is being created on the outskirts of a town known as Dhordo, about 85 kilometers from Bhuj. The Rann Utsav showcases the colorful culture of Gujarat. Music, dance, and cuisine are the highlights of this carnival, along with other exciting activities like camel rides, bazaars selling local handicrafts, and shopping for Bandini sarees. During your visit, you can go on sightseeing tours of the Indo-Pak border, Mandavi beach, and the white sand desert, as well as engage in adventure sports like parasailing and dirt biking. The special days of the Rann Utsav Festival are December 31, when the new year is ushered in, January 14, which is set aside for a kite festival, and Holi, when there is a huge celebration.

Bhujodi (Hira Laxmi Craft Park) (Approx. time 40 min)
To preserve Kutchi’s art and craft and make it accessible to the general public, Hiralaxmi Craft Park was founded.
The Handicraft Village is where live artisans can be seen working. The cost of entry (if any) will be borne by the guest.
In case guests have to reach the railway/airport, / bus stand earlier for their onward journey, they will have to arrange it on their own. Any such departure should be announced in advance at the reception when guests check-in.
Bhujodi will remain closed on Monday.
